This solution was developed to manage the rental of fixed location containers, as a single storage unit, this solution can also be applied to sub divided built units.

Contracts are produced, a scanned copy of renters identity kept against the contract reference and payment allocated against each unit. Reminder letters are generated automatically and contracts easily extended. Payments received and purchase costs are easily sent to accounts.

• An Essex based haulier has a large number of 20ft containers on sereval locations, this solution allows very easy management of all payments, transfer to Accounts and at a glance reports showing the percentage of box rental. Each location is run as separate company, with common documents showing local identity, but reports for each are easily compared.
