International Job Entry module, available as an online and desktop module.

Desktop module

This solution popular with very busy NVOCC’s and larger Road hauliers, allows very quick and easy basic job entry, often in conjunction with hand free telephony. Once the screen is completed, a job number is auto generated. This reference can be verbally given to the client and or a booking confirmation document is sent by fax or e-mail to the client. The job is sent into FASTFREIGHT.

Online Module

This is an essential additional module for our FASTFREIGHT clients, who want to give data entry control to their overseas agents. FastBooking facilitates the data entry process of the Import jobs from other countries. This module reduces the time and error of inputting data into the FASTFREIGHT system. Every agent will have their own login information, so data can be identified with respect to each agent. Online bookings made by an agent, can be edited or cancelled by them at anytime, if that booking is still available online and not yet part of FASTFREIGHT system. A small desktop module can retrieve online information for review. Once satisfied, that information can be sent to FASTFREIGHT with one button click and new Job Number will be assigned automatically.
