Global Order & FulFilment
|
Order fulfilment allows you to provide online facilities for your Clients / Suppliers / Agents, helping you to compete regardless of the size of the competition.
Even more than all our other solutions, this web tool is created to answer your needs and can be supplied in its simplest or most complex form.
The order fulfilment program can:
- Accept an electronic file (CSV) from the client containing orders, values, delivery dates, etc. This can be taken from an in house system and we will work with system providers to achieve this.
- Allow manual entry online by the client and all other parties providing a comprehensive “spreadsheet “on the net.
- Reports can be downloaded as a document or as a file into Microsoft Excel or Access.
- The screen scrolls across to accommodate an almost unlimited number of fields, as required by the client, although a large number may make the screen look too complex. A selected row is colour highlighted and can easily be printed as a clear clean document, far removed from the data printed from Excel.
- Authorised parties have password controlled access of the screen, allowing each to add / edit certain fields, e.g. the client will enter his orders, the supplier could add when completion can be expected, the carrier can add when sailed, BOL / AWB numbers, Seal numbers etc and the recipient agent can add when received, what duties paid and when delivered etc.
- An agent can log in and view selected data only relevant to him.
- Incremental changes can be e-mailed to interested pre set parties as and when required.
- Data can be up or down loaded into either the FASTFREIGHT freight forwarding system, STOREFREIGHT WM system, WELLSTOCK Inventory management system or subject to third party systems, the client.
Case studies
• A freight forwarder in the South of England uses our web based order FULFILMENT program to allow his Eastern European based stockist to enter order details online, allowing the supplier, carrier and forwarder to add/edit/view data, enabling all authorised parties to manage their part of the complete process.
