Global Inventory Management System
This turnkey solution has been designed initially for clients supplying equipment, hire Tools, consumables and chemicals for the Oil industry.
- The WELLSTOCK solution includes intensive on site consultancy, more so than any other of our solutions, providing a global stock item reference database, tuned locally to each location.
- Unlike Warehouse Management Systems, that provide details of what is in stock, WELLSTOCK provides complete information on what should be held in stock at each location, showing where appropriate negative values for regular stock items.
- Serial numbers can be shown against each tool and the numbers of times / hours / runs recorded against each tool, allowing a tool history to be reviewed.
- Items brought into stock and distributed globally can be bar coded and traceability is provided for every product.
- Each major hub can control the stock for assigned remote locations. Stock, tools, repairs etc, can be ordered from WELLSTOCK, all documentation produced and all data sent, can be viewed on the client web site.
