A Web enabled module, linked with all DATATEQ core solutions, enables tracking and booking of Jobs and stock movements by clients and agents.
Variations of CARGOTRACK cover every tracking need. The screens are produced to your identity, matching your existing web site and linked from your site. If you do not have a web site, for a reasonable fee, we are able to register, develop and host a website on your behalf. Data is uploaded either once or twice a day by a scheduled locally installed tool.
- In conjunction with our Freight forwarding solution FASTFREIGHT 2 “The Next Generation”, CARGOTRACK enables whatever information you wish to be viewed by your Client, your Overseas Agent or your principle party. POD’s can also be viewed online.
- In conjunction with our Warehouse Management solution STOREFREIGHT , CARGOTRACK enables stock to be viewed online, goods despatched can be seen in summary and or detail and confirmation of despatch can be e-mailed to the recipient. Receipt can be acknowledged online. Orders can be made online and downloaded to STOREFREIGHT for action.
- In conjunction with our Road haulage solution ROADFREIGHT , CARGOTRACK enables jobs, assigned for delivery, en route to hub or in house ready to be delivered, to be viewed online. POD dates or copies of documents can be viewed online. Haulage instructions can be entered online and downloaded for automatic entry into ROADFREIGHT.
